Varnish Effect

Screen printing processes provide the possibility to produce elements with a “varnish effect”. A special printing technique is used to let inactive input elements appear invisible.

This technology features significant advantages for users, only displaying keys or elements required for current operation at any time. All other keys located on the control panel are not visible.

The “varnish-effect” simplifies operation when using input systems with many keys and functions, providing a better overview. This feature can be implemented in both membrane keyboards as well as on glass surfaces for capacitive solutions.
